Ingredients
Game-hen- 2 count
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Vineager- 3 tbs
Recipe
Marinate the cornish hen with all the ingredients. Keep it in the refrigerator or room temperature for 2 hrs. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the marinated chicken for about 45 minutes in 350. Reduce the temperature to 300 degrees and bake it for about 25 minutes. Brush the chicken with the oil and juice every 15 min (the marinade that comes out of the chicken while getting baked). Increase the temperature to 350 degrees and bake the chicken for about 20 min. The chicken will be juicy and ready to be served with bread or rice.
