Cuisine: chocolate brownies

the brownies:

• 1cc of instant coffee

• 2 tablespoons of water

• vanilla (me always vanilla bourbon)

• 65gr of fermenting flour

• 65gr of cocoa powder

• 1 pinch of salt

• 125gr of sugar

• 60gr of butter

• 3 egg whites.

prep:

• Mix in a bowl, flour, cocoa and salt.

• In another bowl, combine the sugar, coffee, butter and egg whites.

• Mix the 2 bowls together.

• Butter a square dish (I had only one round) and pour the dough.

• Cook for 22 minutes in a crazy 180 °.

• Cool in the pan and cut into squares.
