Hello everyone! What are your favorite foods or delicious dishes that you can eat often without getting bored? For me, it would be noodles and, another favorite, chili paste with boiled vegetables. Yes, chili paste with boiled vegetables! It's a simple dish, not complicated at all, but when I make it, I can eat it until the rice is all gone! And chili paste can be made in many different ways and with many different flavors. For example, today I made fresh chili paste. But another favorite of mine is chili paste with fried mackerel. Unfortunately, we didn't have mackerel today, so we made fresh chili paste with fermented fish sauce instead, and it tasted just as delicious!

This is all the delicious food we have today, and it's enough to make you eat a lot of rice. But to make it even more delicious, add a fried fish – it would be incredibly satisfying!

This is the most delicious combination: hot steamed rice, a piece of boiled vegetable, and a big spoonful of chili paste. It's incredibly delicious and satisfying!

This chili paste recipe is easy to make... Use fresh bird's eye chilies and green bell peppers, shallots and garlic, roast them, then pound them until finely ground. Finally, add fermented fish sauce, lime juice, and boiled water.

These soft-boiled eggs are delicious. They go perfectly with spicy chili paste, and the creamy texture of the egg is a wonderful combination.

Freshly boiled vegetables have a sweet and delicious taste, and they're best eaten with chili paste.

Today I had a really satisfying meal, eating alone while watching a series – it was a perfect combination. The vegetables I boiled turned out much better than those cooked in oil; sometimes avoiding oil in cooking is a good thing. But I don't boil them much anymore because the kids don't eat spicy food, so I don't get to eat it as often as I used to in Thailand. The eating cultures are quite different; Chinese food tends to be very oily, while Thai food focuses on sour curry or boiled vegetables with chili paste – the flavors are quite different. That's my story for today. What kind of food do you guys like to eat? Don't forget to share your thoughts! For now, I have to go. Bye-bye!
