Hello!
We are having a cold Sunday here, that our heater has been on since morning again. Crazy weather for sure. It rained earlier. So although the morning was a tad smokey, it's fresh chilly air outside now. The wind is rather strong too. I had to go round the neighborhood looking for my kitty as I didn't want him to be out in this cold and wet evening, and I'm so ready to go to bed soon. Well, of course, right after I am done with sharing this following dish 馃榿
A super simple dish, easy to prepare, you can serve it as is, but for us, we had it with warm rice and chicken strips 馃槉
1 bag of firm tofu, cubed, 350 g
1 bag of carrot ready to use, matchstick style, 204 g
1 bag of green beans, thinly sliced, 400 g
6 garlic, sliced thinly
2 tbsp olive oil
1 bag of bean sprouts, 454 g
Magi seasoning to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Mushroom granules, to flavor
Celery salt, to flavor
White pepper powder, to taste
1/2 - 1 c water
Heat oil and saute garlic until softened
Stir in tofu, followed with green beans and carrots
Season and pour in water. Cover with lid
Once carrots and green beans tender, stir un bean sprouts and cook a little more (we like the bean sprouts still somewhat crunchy, but softened bran sprouts in the stir fry is great as well)
Serve immediately
Enjoy 馃槉
