Good Wednesday!
It really is a good one as it's super sunny and beautiful outside at the moment 馃槏馃槏馃槏馃槏 The bad news? My husband caught my flu it seems. He's been saying his body, fingers, and neck sore all over. I told him that's what I felt in the beginning. Poor thing 馃槵 Funny was. I touched him this morning, right. To me, he feels warm, however to both boys, they said nope, father isn't warm. So idk 馃 And like most of guys, he is a baby when he isn't well 馃槄鉁岋笍鉁岋笍馃槄
Anyhoo!
I start my volunteering at the hospital today, in 2 H 馃槉 I'm so excited. I will also (still) volunteer at our local library. They sent an email last night for book sale fundraiser, and obviously I signed myself up. 4 years volunteering there, even though now I have resigned, kinda miss being among bookshelves 馃ぃ

800 g ground beef
1/3 c grated cheese
1/3 c breadcrumbs
Chicken bouillon powder to taste
Cumin powder to taste
Ground coriander to taste
Crushed parsley 2 tsp
Crushed chives 1 tbsp
A generous pinch sweet paprika powder
3 eggs
In a large bowl, dump all ingredients and knead well
Shape into patties and bake them on preheated 350 F until cooked through, about 25 mins, depending on your oven
Serve in buns if you like to, but for us, it was with red rice and salad 馃榿
