Ingredients

Ingredients	Quantity
Chicken	1/2 kg
Tomatoes	4 or 5 tomatoes
Olive Oil	1/2 spoon
Ginger and Garlic (Chopped)	2 tablespoon
Cumin (minced)	1 teaspoon
Green Pepper (narrowly sliced and chopped)	2 or 3 green pepper
Ground black pepper	1/2 teaspoon
sabat (whole)Coriander	1 teaspoon
Ground garam masala(hot spice)	1/2 tablespoon
Chopped Red Pepper	1 teaspoon
Green Coriander	1/2 ghuti
green pepper (whole)	8 or 10
Oil	1 cup
Salt	according to your taste
bamboo shoot	1 cane

Instructions

Put oil in a pan and then fry the chicken in it.
When the chicken slightly changes its colour then add chopped ginger and garlic, bamboo shoots and green pepper.
When green pepper starts getting soft and good smell then add tomatoes, ground black pepper, cumin, whole coriander, ground hot spice, chopped red pepper, and salt, and then cook it on high heat.
When the spice starts releasing oil then add and mix narrowly sliced and chopped green coriander and green pepper (whole) in it.
the dish is ready now.
