#WednesdayWalk in Brandon, Vermont (on Friday 馃槉)
Brandon, Vermont is a nice, small town near me. Like all little Vermont towns it has an old church downtown.
Many towns also have a waterfall that was used to power mills. Also like most towns the mills are long gone but the falls remain.
Brandon has a pleasant park below the falls.
And another park complete with gazebo and firepit above the falls.
Apparently, there are trout above the falls also 馃檪 We were just walking not fishing.
Main street has some nice cafes and art galleries. Small town main streets always #Makemesmile
It was a beautiful day. Warm with blue skies and some fluffy clouds.
We stopped at Mae's Place for lunch. It was "Simply Ahh-MAE-zing!!"
Very cute place. I had a late breakfast and my wife had a salad. Lots of locals. Generous portions and tasty food. I had biscuits and gravy (cause you can take the boy out of the South...)
