Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients 1

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet, diced 3 cm
  • 75 ml of fresh yoghurt
  • 3 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons of garlic, chopped
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom green powder
  • ¼ tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1sdt sugar
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Ingredients 2

  • 50 g of tomato paste
  • 200 g of tomato puree
  • 100 g red tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 2 large pieces of green chilli, cut into pieces
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp pepper red powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground powder
  • 8 green cardamom grains
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 50ml thick cream
  • 1 tsp klabet
  • 3 cm ginger, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey

The steps

    Ingredients 1

    1. Mix chicken pieces with all spices, except butter, mix well. Store in the refrigerator for 1 night, set aside.
    2. Remove, leave at room temperature for 5 minutes. Place on top of the container that has been smeared with butter.
    3. Bake in hot oven at 180º C for 45 minutes, Remove, set aside.

    Ingredients 2

    1. Mix tomato paste, pure tomato, tomato cut, chilli pepper, and water, cook over low heat until well blended.
    2. Enter the ginger, garlic, chilli, cloves, cardamom, and salt, cook back until thick sauce, lift, strain.
    3. Add the butter and thick cream, stir well. Add Fenugreek, ginger, and honey (if the sauce taste is too sour), mix well, lift and pour on the top grilled chicken.
    4. Ready to serve.
