For convenience you can use fresh lasagna ready, more practical and quick to prepare: you will not in fact need to blanch in water and you can add directly into the baking pan. The moisture of the bechamel will transfer to the dough.
Once the béchamel is prepared and cut the smoked salmon into small pieces, add the lasagna directly into the pan with a bottom of béchamel and alternating layers of lasagna, béchamel, salmon and Parmesan. Finish the layers with lasagna, béchamel and a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
