Today, I took advantage of some free time to head into the kitchen and make delicious mini chocolate and caramel tarts. They feature a crispy shortcrust pastry base filled with smooth, melting caramel, topped with a glossy dark chocolate ganache, and finished with a delicate dusting of cocoa powder.
