Hello beer tasters! 馃嵑 馃嵒 馃槑 馃嵒 馃嵑
How's going? I鈥檝e been in my private heavens for the last two weeks and I haven鈥檛 been able to write too much, haha.
However, I tried quite a few different beers, and diligently taking photos to publish all this when the right time comes or when I land at home.
Bavaria Premium Beer
Brewed by Bavaria Brouwerij, Lieshout, Netherlands. Pilsener, 0.30 l bottle, alcohol 5% ABV. Serve it at 4 degrees Celsius (they say on the website)... hm... that's cold. Well, beer must be cold but this is almost ice...
Light yellow with a solid soft foam. The first sip goes very smoothly down the throat, probably because it is cold, otherwise not 4 degrees as recommended but 7 as in the fridge ...
... very little taste of malt, a little sweet, no bitterness, average pilsner, well, at 37 degrees in the shade it fits ...
Estrella Damm
Clear yellow color, with a solid, soft head. The first sip with very light flavor, low bitterness, some strange malt (or partly corn?) taste.
Cold, of course, and good in the heat but nothing special to remember it.
Pale lager, bottle, 0.33 l, 4.6% alcohol. Brewed by commercial brewery Grupo Damm, Barcelona, Spain. Mediterranean beer, they say.
Well, both beers were refreshing in the heat ... but ...
From my point of view, there are only two types of beer - good ones and average ones. Good beers are good also on room temperature but average beers are good only cold... so if I follow this rule ... not sure that I'll taste these two beers again or maybe I should taste them in winter ... who knows ...
anyway .. I'm listening to Papadosio - Shiitake, new artist to me, interesting electro beat with some jazzy inserts.
