Hello beer tasters and other Steemians!
I spent the whole week with family in Budapest, I already posted some photos, and, of course, I also tried Hungarian beer. I have to admit that I did not bother specifically, at any place where we were, I asked what they have in the offer.
I will not argue that I was in classic pubs or I know what a real Hungarian beer is, but I mostly stayed on this.
Dreher Pale Ale
Brewed by commercial brewery Dreher Sörgyárak (Asahi), Budapest. They say that the beer is Pale Ale style but I'm in doubt if really.
Beer is light golden with a little foam, medium bitter with aroma of undefined herbs and fruits. At the end of the soup, there was a bitter taste. As you can see, I first tried the can, and later, it was draft for meal. The same taste. No changes.
Otherwise, I must say that it was refreshing, on a warm day and after an hour's walk. Maybe I should call it LPA - Lager Pale Ale :)
btw: Ratebeer rating is low...
