BeerTasting: Baltazar

Hello beer tasters!

Here I have the last sample from Pivovara Medvedgrad brewery. First one here, second here. It's the third week I have it in refrigerator. It's enough. Time to taste is now.

Yeah, I'm not satisfied with this pic but this is the best I can do in the moment. I made three shots of the label from different angles and tried to combine into one. Well, at least, for the information is satisfactory :)

Baltazar

As I mention, it's brewed by microbrewery Pivovara Medvedgrad. They say it's hoppy lager. Agree, maybe very hoppy lager from my point.

Bottle, 0.33 l, gold color with a little foam. A very bitter lager, distinctive hops and aroma of malt. Maybe some sweet corn in the background and some tropical fruits.
After the last sip, the bitter flavor of the hops remains long in the mouth. Hit in full, you won't forget such a beer quickly.

And the story? Probably associated with Professor Baltazar, the most successful cartoon of the Zagreb School of Animation. It's animated series for the children about an old inventor who has solutions for various problems.
