Who would have thought my mother's old-fashioned fried tempeh recipe would make me addicted to it? It was so crispy and delicious. It started when my mother brought home two blocks of tempeh and said she wanted to fry it according to her recipe. I finally asked her for the recipe and made it myself.

This was the first time I'd ever made fried tempeh this way. By mixing rice flour and all-purpose flour, it turned out to be incredibly delicious.

Because I usually only fry tempeh with all-purpose flour, I didn't know that mixing a little rice flour into the all-purpose flour would make the fried tempeh even more delicious, and after I tried it, it seems like I will continue to cook tempeh this way over and over again because it is that delicious and crispy.

Moreover, the process doesn't take long, it's very simple and easy.and I'm also sure that many people here like tempeh, yes, even though the price is cheap and cheerful, don't be mistaken, tempeh will still be delicious no matter what it is made into, in my opinion.

If you're curious about how I make it, just follow the steps I'll share in today's post.
