Hi everyone! 🥰🩷
It’s me, @mayt, joining Qurator’s Hive Top Chef competition.
Today I’m sharing simple, tasty, and perfectly crispy fried pork chops. 😋
I’ve been wanting to share this for a while because it’s the easiest recipe I know.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg pork chops
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• cooking oil
Let's cook!
The first thing I did was wash the pork chops well and pat them dry. Then I put them in a bowl, poured in the soy sauce, and added the sugar and black pepper. I mixed it all really well, making sure every piece gets coated with the seasoning. I just let it sit there for 10 to 15 minutes so the flavor sinks in nicely.
Next, I get my coating ready. I crack the egg into a small bowl together with the flour... and beat it well until they are mixed together. In this way, it’s easy to dip later.
Then, one by one, I dip them first into the beaten egg, making sure all sides are covered. I do this for all the pieces.
After that, I fry them until perfectly crispy. 🤤 It takes about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown and crispy.
And that's it!
Drain and serve hot 😋
We love eating this with steaming hot rice and a simple dip of vinegar with garlic and chili. Yum! 😋
Until my next crunchy entry...
Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸
