Ingredients:
5 Poblanos Chiles
(substitute with green
bell pepper).
1 Cup of Corn.
1 Cup of Cream.
1/2 Onion.
1 tsp of vegeta stock powder.
Salt to taste.
3 Cut pieces of Gouda cheese
or the one you like
the most.
1 Cut piece of Feta Cheese.
How to prepare:
For poblano chile cream:
Preparation of the Chile Poblano Stripes:
In a pan put to heat a bit of oil.
Add the onion already cutted into julienne and let it fry until transparent.
Once transparent, add the stripes of Poblano Chile and fry with the onion, mixing and combine perfectly.
Add the Corn Kernel and combine well all ingredients.
Add the cream that you prepare with the Poblano chile.
Mix and combine well.
