Hello, how are you? I observe that this month is not for me, and I can't wait for this month to end. I don't know if it is just because it is the start of ghost month or it is just me because nothing good is happening to me this month, so I can't wait for October now LOL.

It been a while since we ate sarciado specially eggs and it is been a while too since I ate eggs too. And today my parent are gonna eat lunch here so I just cook whatever fast recipe I can think so this one pop out my mind and I just said that it is been a while since I ate this recipe so I am going to make it for our lunch.

Ingredients I Used:

  • 1/4 cup of Cooking Oil
  • Garlic
  • Red Onion
  • 8 Tomatoes
  • Ground Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Fish Sauce
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. All-in-one seasoning

Let's Cook!

In a hot pan, I pour in about 1/4 cup cooking oil, then sauté the aromatics like garlic and red onion until fragrant.

Then I added the tomatoes.

Season it with ground pepper and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce. Cook the tomatoes until the texture turns into a mush.

Then add the beaten eggs that are seasoned with ground pepper and half a teaspoon of all-in-one seasoning.

Let it sit for about half a minute and then mix it until it turns into a scrambled texture. And I like the egg cook into crisp if you want your sarciado to be have moist on it just cook it until it turn solidified.

Then season it again with all-in-one seasoning for about half a teaspoon and mix.

Serve hot and plated.

Here is a close-up look.

Happy eating! :D
