隆Hola! 驴c贸mo est谩s?, espero que muy bien, el d铆a de hoy te traigo una receta bastante dulce y f谩cil de preparar para disfrutar con tus seres queridos y que les alegrar谩 el d铆a, se trata de un rico quesillo, sin m谩s pre谩mbulos comencemos:
Ingredientes
* 1 lata de leche condensada de 395 gramos.
* 4 huevos.
* 1 taza de az煤car (6 cucharadas), esto es para el caramelo.
* 1 cucharada de vainilla.
* 395 mililitros de leche.
Preparaci贸n
1. Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es el caramelo, para hacer el caramelo usaremos 1 taza o 6 cucharadas de az煤car, echamos el az煤car en una olla para derretirla, le daremos vuelta mientras se calienta y se derrite para evitar que se pegue o se queme, ya que el az煤car quemada no es agradable de comer, cuando ya se derrita vamos a sacarlo del fuego y vamos a esparcir por todos los bordes de la olla y se pone a enfriar.
2. Ahora vamos a preparar la mezcla para el quesillo, para ello vamos a echar los 4 huevos, las 2 latas de leche condensada, la cucharada de vainilla y con la misma lata de leche condensada la llenamos y echamos los 395 mililitros de leche l铆quida.
3. Despu茅s vamos a licuar muy bien durante 3 minutos.
4. Cuando est茅 listo lo vamos a colocar e el mismo recipiente en donde tenemos el caramelo, luego tapamos esa olla y vamos a hacerle un ba帽o mar铆a, para eso agarramos otra olla m谩s grande le echamos agua hasta cubrir 1/4 de la olla y colocamos dentro la olla con la mezcla y el caramelo y esperamos a que empiece a hervir.
5. ya pasado 15 minutos la podemos retirar de la olla y disfrutar con nuestra querida familia.

* 1 cup of sugar (6 tablespoons), this is for the caramel.
* 1 tablespoon vanilla.

Preparation
1. The first thing we have to do is the caramel, to make the caramel we will use 1 cup or 6 tablespoons of sugar, we pour the sugar in a pot to melt it, we will turn it over while it heats up and melts to prevent it from sticking or burning, since burnt sugar is not pleasant to eat, when it is already melted we will take it out of the fire and we will spread it all around the edges of the pot and it is put to cool.

3. Then we are going to blend very well for 3 minutes.

When it is ready we are going to place it in the same container where we have the caramel, then we cover that pot and we are going to make a bain-marie, for that we take another larger pot we pour water to cover 1/4 of the pot and we place inside the pot with the mixture and the caramel and we wait for it to start boiling.
5. After 15 minutes we can remove it from the pot and enjoy it with our beloved family.
