隆Hola!, 驴c贸mo est谩s? espero que muy bien el d铆a de hoy te voy a contar de una planta que de seguro tienes en tu casa y no sab铆as que ten铆a propiedades medicinales, espero que te guste, sin m谩s que decir comencemos:
Quiz谩s hayas escuchado hablar sobre el Achiote mejor conocido como onoto, debido a que es un pigmento o colorante natural muy utilizado en la cocina principalmente en latino Am茅rica, pero no te haz preguntado sobre su origen y sus beneficios para la salud.
Bueno te cuento que este fruto se conoce tambi茅n como annatto, bijol, bixa, achiotl, uruc煤, ronco y onoto como com煤n mente lo conocemos es de origen brasile帽o y su nombre proviene del n谩huatl achiotl, que significa 麓麓tintura roja麓麓, antiguamente sus fines eran medicinales luego la utilizaban como protector solar, repelente para insectos o cosm茅ticos, lo utilizaban como tinte para el cuerpo y el cabello, para manuscritos,telas, ya que estas semillas de color carmes铆 ten铆an una capacidad colorante extraordinaria.
Se obtiene de una planta frondosa llamado Bixa Orellana que da un fruto carnoso y cuyas semillas dan lugar a la especie donde radica su valor gastron贸mico y medicinal, en algunos pa铆ses la utilizan como sustituto del azafr谩n, por esta raz贸n es conocido como el azafr谩n de los latinos por que se utiliza para condimentar y dar color a las recetas.
El consumo de Onoto estimula el buen funcionamiento de los ri帽ones, ayuda a desinflamar la pr贸stata ,h铆gado,la hepatitis,conjuntivitis y garganta.
Para desinflamar la pr贸stata, las v铆as urinarias y garganta, se coloca a hervir un litro de agua, al hervir se le agrega 20 gramos de hojas secas se apaga la cocina se tapa se deja repasar y luego tomarla por 15 d铆as.
Para la hepatitis y el h铆gado: remojar en agua por una hora las semillas secas, sacarlas en un recipiente y aplastarlas esa pulpa se mezcla con gua y se toma por las noches durante 8 d铆as.
