I've always said to people that I cook in order to eat but that I enjoy baking.
That's not entirely true though. I don't mind baking, but I think the truth is that I like to munch and don't like buying my munchies from the store. For some reason I feel guilty buying multiple packages of cookies for myself, but never think twice about buying enough chocolate chips to make 1000 cookies.
In any case, here's what I made today.
I got the recipe from Allrecipes.com but I made it without the almond extract. This is a website I frequent often for various types of meals and goodies. I usually recommend it to others since it is an easy sign-up process and will allow you to save recipes to your favorites for next time.
I always make a BIG one with what's left in the bowl afterwards.
