Posteriormente, hice algunos intentos de one arm back lever asistido; la mano que usualmente va suelta la usaba para agarrar ligeramente una barra adyacente, as铆 la posici贸n era mucho m谩s f谩cil.

Greetings to all Hive users and SWC athletes! I hope you are doing very well and continue with the spirit and discipline to carry out your training. On this occasion, I want to share a night training session focused on the back lever, where the calm and the weather were the protagonists of a day of great body awareness.

Dear readers, there are nights where the environment seems to align to allow us absolute focus on every fiber of our body. Night had fallen over the city and the bar park was lonelier than usual; there was a very cold breeze, but all this was an environment conducive to maximum concentration. Without the usual noise, I was able to channel all my energy towards an element that requires solid tension in the posterior chain. Therefore, I decided to focus on my back lever routine.

To start with a good activation, I first performed several full back lever holds to warm up. Feeling perfect horizontality and elbow lockout is vital before moving on to more complex variations. Subsequently, I made some attempts at assisted one arm back lever; the hand that usually goes loose was used to lightly grab an adjacent bar, so the position was much easier. This progression is excellent for familiarizing the shoulder with unilateral load without compromising the integrity of the tissues.

It is essential to listen to our body to avoid unnecessary overloads. In this session, I did not want to push myself too hard doing unassisted one arm back lever, since lately I feel my arm very fatigued; so I finished off the routine with other full back lever holds. Maintaining quality volume in the full posture allowed me to work on endurance without pushing my joints to the limit. At all times, I was focused on performing the best possible technique in each exercise, always seeking maximum efficiency. I leave the park with the satisfaction of having respected my limits and fulfilled the planned work.

Without anything more to add, I bid farewell. Stay tuned for future posts! Until next time!
