Planche Evening Session
On this occasion, I went to the bar park during a very quiet afternoon to practice the full planche, taking advantage of the fact that the park was almost empty.
I walked a long distance to get to the park. Upon arrival, I rested for a bit and got right down to business. Although the last lights of the day were fading on the horizon, I still had just enough time to photograph my full planche routine.
This is one of the hardest static exercises I have ever performed throughout my calisthenics journey; it is extremely demanding and difficult, and I could barely hold it for a couple of seconds in a moderately acceptable posture.
I performed several holds, and when I became fatigued, I moved on to full planche negatives鈥攕tarting in a handstand and lowering my body until it was parallel to the ground. The goal of this exercise is to descend as slowly as possible. Finally, I performed several one-leg planche and half-lay planche holds. It was a very intense and demanding routine.
Having an empty park provides the ideal, quiet atmosphere needed to focus entirely on advanced static holds like the full planche. Working against fatigue in the fading twilight highlights the sheer persistence required for high-level calisthenics.
Combining maximal static holds with slow eccentric negatives and auxiliary variations like half-lay planches builds the structural resilience necessary for progress. I hope these photographs capture the raw intensity of today's session.
I hope you enjoyed these photographs. Without anything more to add, I bid farewell. Stay tuned for future posts! Until next time!
隆Hasta la Pr贸xima!
