Pull Routine and Volume Training

English
Espa帽ol

On this occasion, I went to the bar park during a lively afternoon.

I met up with my students at the park, and since the trip from my house to the venue usually takes quite a bit of time, we decided to get straight to work to make the most of the remaining daylight.

For my student cristo-fade@cristo-fade, I assigned a routine focused on overhand and underhand pull-ups. A few days ago we focused on refining his scapular retraction technique; this time, the goal was to complete multiple sets to build up repetition volume and drive adaptation.

I assigned similar pull exercises to my other students, including pyramid sets of pull-ups and Australian pull-ups. It was a very productive day where we also talked a lot and shared long conversations.

Since my friend ciberman-76@ciberman-76 was working through sets of full planche holds, I took the opportunity to photograph him. He possesses great talent and skill for executing these kinds of high-level static holds.

Maximizing time at the park means jumping straight into training as soon as everyone arrives. Focusing on volume following a technical correction allows students to cement proper movement patterns under fatigue while driving muscular adaptation.

Structuring pyramid sets for pull-ups keeps the training structured across different experience levels. Watching advanced static holds like full planches while guiding foundational pull routines builds a motivating environment for everyone involved.

I hope you enjoyed these photographs. Without anything more to add, I bid farewell. Stay tuned for future posts! Until next time!

隆Hasta la Pr贸xima!
