Today we bring you a new edition of this vegan challenge YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING, an activity that we have created, to learn more about the shopping experience that all of you, dear users, have when supplying food your pantry, either in the markets, in the different commercial establishments or directly in the field, with the producers.
In the previous edition, dedicated to the purchase of CHOCOLATE - CACAO, we had a total of 7 entries, both very interesting and wonderful. Here we present them:
For this vegan contest, @marivic10 took us shopping at a store specializing in high-quality national and imported products. There she found a wide variety of chocolates, but she chose a stupendous dark chocolate bar, 70% cocoa, which is a gift for her mother; and she also bought dark chocolate drops for her desserts. She also offered us practical tips for preserving both cocoa and chocolate. Excellent buy.
On this occasion we went shopping with @ virgilio07 at a supermarket, where he bought a high-quality cocoa. In his beautiful post, @virgilio07 tells us about his childhood in an agricultural town, where he became familiar with cocoa plants, from which he ate their fruits. He also gave us valuable advice for the conservation of cocoa and chocolate.
Taking advantage of the fact that her brother-in-law asked her for a birthday cake, @dlizara took us to buy cocoa and chocolate, so she could make that wonderful cake. With her we visited several stores specializing in confectionery, to be able to buy these products, however it was difficult to find them. In the end, she was able to buy cocoa powder, chocolate bars, chips and rain, with which she made the cake. She also gave us valuable tips to keep these products at home.
In this vegan challenge, @carisma77 took us shopping in two places: A supermarket where there is a wide range of chocolate bars, where she bought a chocolate with a large percentage of cocoa, the closest thing to being a vegan chocolate. She also took us to a community market, where she was able to buy some great artisan cocoa powder. She also told us about her great love for chocolate, even though it is a food that she cannot eat often.
Cocoa and chocolate are products that @daysiselena usually buys, so whenever she goes to buy her groceries, she includes it in her purchase. And on this occasion, she took us to a supermarket where she showed us a wide range of these products, both recognized and traditional brands, as well as newer ones, which are also of high quality. There she bought 100 grams of wonderful cocoa, since the previous week, she had already bought cocoa. She also explained to us in great detail how we can preserve cocoa at home.
For this vegan challenge, @nurfay participated with a wonderful post, in which she takes us shopping, along with a friend of hers, to a huge supermarket, located in an important city in her province, Banda Aceh. This supermarket, called Suzuya, @nurfay was surprised by the huge variety of chocolates, both Indonesian and foreign. There she was very lucky to find 100% vegan chocolates, Van Holten brand, which have three flavors: Coconut Almont, Salted Caramel and Almont Berie. She bought the chocolate with the salted caramel variety, which she thought was delicious.
This is the first time that @tomidiwirja participates in a vegan challenge, and even when time was short to participate, he took us shopping at a supermarket, where he was checking the offer of chocolates and cocoas, reading carefully the composition of each one of them. In the end he got a great cocoa powder, Indonesian made, practically 100% cocoa, and at a great price; which is why he chose to buy it. In his post, he also told us that he has a cacao tree in his parents' house, and even showed us part of the crop of this plant.

NOW LET'S GO WITH THE NEW “YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING”
Nature, through fruits, provides us with many flavors, smells, and colors, which brighten our lives and our palates. And within the wide variety of fruits that exist worldwide, are the PINEAPPLES.
