They still taste great, you get the crunchy texture of the shrimp and the chewy texture of the rice paper and best of all, they’re super easy to make. Let’s get started!

Marinate with baking powder and salt for 20 minutes
Rinse the shrimp again under running water
Prepare the scallions and finely chop them
Set aside
Wrap into dumpling shapes
Repeat until all the mixture is used up
Serve with your favorite sauce
