Cassava is a simple dish, but there are so many preparations that make it spectacular. Its simple taste turns into something very delicious. Cake, savory snacks, sweet and even spicy, anything made from cassava makes it even more delicious. Well this time it's just fried cassava but you will feel the sensation of eating different cassava. Surely it will make anyone who tries it will be addicted.

This seasoned fried cassava has intrigued me for a very long time. After being boiled with water and a mixture of spices, this cassava is fried until it bursts. Now because of this, it makes it even more delicious and certainly more crispy and not hard at all even though it is fried with a large size.

Ingredients Used

500 grams of cassava
2 bay leaves
7 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of coriander
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of mushroom broth
1 hazelnut




Making Procedure


The process of making this cassava is very easy, you only use a few ingredients in a simple way to enjoy a luxurious snack. Here are the steps to make this dish:


Step 1


Blend the coriander and garlic until smooth. Don't forget to add 1 hazelnut to make it more delicious, I forgot to take a picture.

Step 2


Then prepare the cooking pot add the cassava, mushroom broth and also salt in the pan.

Step 3


Then put the spice already in the blender, add a little water so that when boiled cassava sinks.

Step 4


Boil until tender and fully cooked, then briefly dinhinkan and store in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day I horeng cassava until yellow-brown and the cassava blossoms perfectly.

My perfectly seasoned fried cassava is ready to serve, it's so pretty and definitely has an amazing texture. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it's hard to put into words but it's super. So delicious, for those of you who are used to enjoying cassava this is not your average fried food but the flavor is so luxurious the seasoning penetrates perfectly and most importantly once it's blossomed it does taste different.
