How do you enjoy delicious mochi that you are not used to seeing, well, mochi this time is simple but with a sweet and fresh mango topping.
Today I will make a delicious snack that has made me very curious about the process of making it. With a recipe from the internet, I allowed myself to change the recipe. Mochi is usually stirred with milk, but this time I want to make it different. I will make mochi with a simple variant by adding a very fresh mango slice filling.
Now a few tips for you to make the mango filling, make sure you use mangoes that are sweet, thick and not a lot of fiber so that the texture later when the mochi is bitten is more flavorful and really delicious. Let's see the recipe below!.

Step 5
then the dough is evenly distributed, strain the dough so that there is no berindil, now the dough is ready to steam.

Steam the dough for about 20 minutes.
Step 7
Take 5 spoons of cornstarch Bake the cornstarch until the flour has a light texture.
Step 8

If everything is ready, it's time to shape the mochi, cut the mochi dough into several parts and then put it in the roasted flour.
Step 10

Result
Taraaa !!! mango mochi is ready to be enjoyed, for those of you who have vegan cream, you can add it and combine it in the dough when wrapping the filling. This is my first time making mango mochi. Usually I taste the moci that I buy but the filling is not mango but peanut or other jam fillings. I was very happy to be able to make it even though the shape is still not neat but this is enough to satisfy me. And one thing I will make it again with different toppings.
It was chewy soft, very tasty I love the sweet fresh mangoes and this is one of the best flavors of this mochi. Maybe if you have cream or add cream in the topping the flavor will be even better. But if you don't have it don't hesitate this is already very delicious.
