Carrots are a great vegetable when enjoyed in a soupy dish in combination with other vegetables. I have even made carrots into salads, all of which are very delicious and worth trying in various special dishes in your home. Well, it turns out that not only potatoes can be fried crispy, carrots also have a distinctive flavor when fried crispy with flour like this. This flour-fried carrot snack is one of the snacks that makes me very curious about its taste.

Crispy Fried Carrot Sticks

Fried carrot sticks are carrots with a blend of flour cut lengthwise and then fried crispy. Well, I found this snack on social media some time ago, as usual I have seen this for a long time, but I did not process it because the original recipe used an airfryer.

Because I was very curious and didn't have an airfryer, I took the initiative to process it by frying it in oil. Now to get a crispy texture, I cut the carrots rather thinly so that later the carrot meat is cooked evenly and definitely the outside is crispy.

Here I will invite you to prepare crispy carrots that are simple and easy!.

Ingredients Used

Now don't forget, for the final stages of the process you can use an airfryer or maybe grill it so it doesn't get greasy. Because I don't have an air frayer I fry in oil the results are very crisp. And the texture inside is very soft, the carrots are evenly cooked and the most important taste is very good.

The natural sweetness of the carrots with the savory spices combined in the flour coating on the carrot sticks is enough to make this dish delicious. Moreover, there is a very crunchy texture that makes this dish indeed a delicious snack. The first impression of the jnj dish really made me happy especially when my mom said it was very good and she finished it.
