Serving Suggestion

Serve the carrot cake by sprinkling powdered sugar on top, then feel the amazing sensation in this cake when you bite it. Now for the sugar topping, you can replace it with any topping you like.

I really like the fluffy and soft texture, sweet taste and very fitting on the tongue. For those of you who love bread, it might be a bit similar except that it's fried. What I like most about this cake is the carrot, when I bite it, the texture of the carrot is not too heavy. It doesn't even feel like it's made of carrots, it's nice to know that my cake worked perfectly.
