Do you love mushrooms? I love them that's why I made this mushroom risotto, simple and tasty. It's easy to make and you don't need great cooking skills.
You just need two cups of arboreo Rice.
A punch of salt.
A box of mushroom (the kind you prefere I use mixed mushrooms champignons and others , porcini, prataioli etc...)
A slice of garlic.
Two spoon of parmesan cheese.
A slice of taleggio cheese
You must use two things, a fryngpan, A pot, in the pan you will put a slice of garlic and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, in the pot put half a liter of water or a little more s boil with two tablespoons of salt.
Then cut the mushrooms into small pieces, except the champignons, which you leave as they are, put them in a pan to fry until they become edible and soft at the right point. Then wait for the water to boil when it throws half a kilo of rice into the pot and wait forty minutes.
When the rice is ready, add the mushrooms and mix them until they are well mixed, then add a little taleggio cheese, when the rice is still hot so that it blends well with the rice and turn it over. Put on the plate and add a little Parmesan. It will be an excellent and tasty rice, vegetarian and good.
