Recently i craved for spaghetti bolognese and i would like to try to cook it with my husband. In this article i would like to share the ingredients and also step by step how we did it together. And guess what, you would never resist the tasty result!

Now just let’s started!

Ingredients:

400 gram spaghetti - well cooked it, i used agnesi one
1 pc onion
1/2 pc carrot
2-3 celery stalk
250 gr grounded beef
100 ml beef stock
3 pcs beef tomatoes
3 pcs garlic

300 ml pure tomato
Mixed italian herb
Salt
Pepper
Mushroom bouillon
Sugar
Oil
Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Boiled the tomatoes, before rinse and cut the skin with x mark like below.

After finished, we removed the skin and the center part (with the seed). Also chopped carrot, onion, celery stalk and also garlic.

Step by step how to make it:

1.  Heat the oil

2.  Stir the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery.

3.  Put the grounded beef in it too.

4.  After they are well cooked, i pour the boiled tomatoes.

5.  Then the tomato pure.

6.  Also put on salt, pepper, mushroom bouillon and italian herb. Stir them well. Also add the broth.

7.  Then wait until all perfecty cooked.

8.  Boil the spaghetti with a bit salt.

9.  Then wait for it, already well cooked.

Put on the plate. Add the bolognese. Don’t forget to put on the italian herb and parmesan cheese on top.
