Do you know struffoli ? Are a typical Christmas recipe from Naples. It's no more Christmas time but it's still winter!
Really yummi perfect for adults and kids.

These are small and soft balls of dough made from flour, eggs, sugar, butter and aniseed liqueur; first fried in abundant oil, then caramelized in honey and seasoned with colored sprinkles! Really super delicious you can give them also other forms but people mostly use the circolar form and create them like little balls and decorate them with little piece of fruits or with candies or sugars. A unique goodness that has ancient origins! This recipe it's old and unique and it's now famous in all Italy .

Work it with the hands until it became a kind of ball of dough. Make with your hands some dough snakes and cut it in 1cm pieces, work this pieces in the form that you prefere.
