Hi bloggers and food lovers, I hope you're having a good day ! Today I’m craving something sweet, but I just want something simple. I wanted to make something sweet and simple, so when I saw I still had some all-purpose flour on hand, I decided to make these adorable mini donut balls. They’re sweet, round, and have a soft texture. They’re also pretty easy to make and don’t require many ingredients. Okay, let’s get right to it
Ingredients:
10 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 tbsp sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp margarine
70 ml milk
1 tbsp powdered sugar
cooking oil
Instructions:
Put the all-purpose flour in a bowl
Add the yeast to the bowl
Add the sugar to the bowl
Pour the milk into the bowl, a little at a time
Stir all the ingredients until well combined to form a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands
Add a pinch of salt and the margarine to the dough

Knead the dough until smooth
Cover the dough and let it rest for about 1 hour
After 1 hour, take about 50 grams of dough and shape it into a donut ball
Once all the dough has been divided into small portions, let the dough rest again for 30 minutes to 1 hour
Heat cooking oil in a pan
Place the dough balls into the pan of hot oil
Fry until golden brown, avoid flipping them too often
Remove and drain then repeat until all the dough balls are used up
Sprinkle the mini mini donut balls with powdered sugar
The Mini Donut Balls are ready to eat
