Today at home we made one of my favorite dishes, pizza, as a good Italian I obviously love pizza and sometimes my husband and I enjoy having an evening entirely dedicated to pizza, where we bake so many pizzas that we often have left over for days precedents! To make the pizza my husband (he's the one in charge of the pizzas) lets the dough rise the day before, usually he makes about a kilo and a half of classic dough (one kilo of flour, 600 ml of water, 11 grams of salt , two tablespoons of yeast and 5 of oil) when he then removes it and uncovers it I take care of the condiments which obviously vary depending on the season and the offers but obviously the tomato and oregano sauce and the mozzarella are never missing. Then we often also buy mushrooms, frankfurters, mascarpone, raw or cooked ham and various cheeses for the four cheeses.

Hoy en casa hemos preparado uno de mis platos favoritos, la pizza, como buen italiano obviamente me encanta la pizza y a veces mi marido y yo disfrutamos de tener una velada enteramente dedicada a la pizza, donde horneamos tantas pizzas que muchas veces nos sobran para d铆as. precedentes!
