A full flavoured Japanese lunch at your local restaurant (Eng/Esp) 🍣🍣

Good morning hivers how are you? I am a little tired and influenced today but it refreshes my heart to tell you about a delicious lunch that I had a few days ago with my husband and my stepdaughter at our Japanese physique restaurant, Fish one, a delightful place in our Pistoia with affordable prices , varied and extensive menu that changes often and a pleasant environment with friendly waiters.

I'll tell you at this lunch what we enjoyed about food! When we go here we always eat a lot! First I had a classic salmon tartare for myself, a classic that is always good and a new dish that disappointed me a little, the cauliflower stew which I expected to be richer and above all less spicy, it seemed like a pepper stew rather than a cauliflower and my stepdaughter on the other hand ordered various portions of chicken skewers and loves them. She and my husband also wanted to try a special onigiri, which they say was very large and appetizing, and some fried futomaki with both tuna and salmon, teriyaki sauce and avocado, good and crunchy.

Buenos días hivers ¿cómo estás? Estoy un poco cansada e influenciada hoy pero me refresca el corazón contarles sobre un delicioso almuerzo que comí hace unos días con mi esposo y mi hijastra en nuestro restaurante de físico japonés Fish one, un lugar encantador en nuestra Pistoia con precios asequibles. Precios, menú variado y extenso que cambia a menudo y un ambiente agradable con camareros amables.

¡Te contaré en este almuerzo lo que disfrutamos de la comida! ¡Cuando vamos aquí siempre comemos mucho! Primero me tomé un clásico tartar de salmón, un clásico que siempre viene bien y un plato nuevo que me decepcionó un poco, el guiso de coliflor que esperaba más rico y sobre todo menos picante, me pareció un guiso de pimientos más que un coliflor y mi hijastra, por otro lado, pidieron varias porciones de brochetas de pollo y les encantan. Ella y mi marido también quisieron probar un onigiri especial, que dicen que era muy grande y apetecible, y unos futomaki fritos con atún y salmón, salsa teriyaki y aguacate, buenos y crujientes.

Then my husband took a dish he loves, udon, he took two versions, the vegetarian one and the one with seafood and he ate them in luxury, while I took a lighter version of stewed mixed vegetables, delicious and with a very good sauce. My goddaughter and I added a delicious finger food of salmon tacos, cream cheese, see and soy sauce, they were so good, we could have eaten loads of them. We then all shared more fried futomaki with tuna and herbs and my stepdaughter also had a plate of udon and vegetables!

Both father and daughter love udon! Then we ordered the tonkatsu, everyone likes it and prawn tempura, everyone likes that too, who doesn't love tempura? And finally we had what would be two appetizers: edamame and a carpaccio of tuna and buffalo mozzarella, not exactly an Asian dish but still good. This place is always a guarantee!

Luego mi marido tomó un plato que le encanta, el udon, tomó dos versiones, la vegetariana y la de mariscos y se las comió de lujo, mientras que yo tomé una versión más ligera de vegetales mixtos guisados, riquísimos y con muy buena salsa. Mi ahijada y yo agregamos un delicioso bocadillo de tacos de salmón, queso crema, ver y salsa de soya, estaban tan buenos que podríamos haber comido muchos de ellos.

Luego todos compartimos más futomaki frito con atún y hierbas, ¡y mi hijastra también comió un plato de udon y verduras! ¡Tanto el padre como la hija aman el udon! Luego pedimos el tonkatsu, a todos les gusta y la tempura de gambas, a todos les gusta también, ¿a quién no le encanta la tempura? Y finalmente tomamos lo que serían dos aperitivos: edamame y un carpaccio de atún y mozzarella de búfala, no es exactamente un plato asiático pero sigue siendo bueno. ¡Este lugar siempre es una garantía!
