An early wake up today despite the start to the weekend as I had a list of chores to get done. We headed to get some shopping done for food and groceries as the Summer travel had us low ahead of thr school year. It was hot and getting things in and out if the truck was a workout in itself and the sweat was enough to make me have to change shirts as I got home and sat for some work.
The work was a bit longer than I expected but it hopefully will help at getting a head start for the busy week ahead. After a quick lunch, I headed to the treadmill for a walk which was rough as the heat was bad. It also meant another shirt needed to be changed. The evening was a bit calmer as I was able to sit and watch some tv with the family. Plenty to still do before the weekend is over.
