I wanted to mix things up today so I got up a little earlier than usual to make it to the gym in time for a Alpha Strength class. It was focused on the full body with a lean towards endurance at Zones 2 and 3. It was non stop so I could tell why it was endurance focused but I kept myself hydrated and accomplished the sets and reps for the most part. I found a new weakness on Cossack Squats as I just lack the mobility for it. The trainer tried to help but it was rough.
The early start gave me time to spend at the Spa but that was about it as I got to my desk and spent the rest of the day in meetings with little activity. I had an event in the evening downtown so except for some additional walking, I could not really get to the my daily goal today unless I pushed a bit when I got home late before bed. Tomorrow is another early start so look to make up for it then.
