This exercise is for your forearms, outer biceps, and a muscle underneath your biceps called the "brachialis". A great exercise for strong arms, gotta love this one. You cannot have the complete, properly rounded biceps without hitting those specific parts I mentioned, and even though you can hit them with other exercises this is one of the best to hit them with.
