I was thinking of having some fish fried as I was craving for it and therefore took up this fish after placing an online order to marination.
Leaving it on for marinating for about 30 mins, I decided to deep fry it on the pan.
This picture is of the raw, plain marinated fish pieces right after placing them on the pan.
I enjoy frying fish this way actually since it is such a peaceful process.
