SIMPLEST Banana Cake Recipe

Hello Stemians, the weekend is here and what better way to enjoy it with CAKE. All the cake lovers who would want to make a banana cake the simplest way possible.

Ingredient (what you will need)
• 250gms butter
• 180gms sugar
• 200gms mashed ripe bananas
• 4tspns baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 2tspns banana, vanilla or orange flavor/essence (your choice)
• 250gms flour

Procedure

1. Mix butter and sugar till light
2. Add eggs and mix one at a time till fully incorporated
3. Put the essence and mashed bananas and keep mixing
4. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add in the batter mixture.
5. Put in your already prepared loaf tin and bake.

It’s ready when a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
