Peas with cream
Ingredients:
2 cups clean peas 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
½ cup tomato purée 2 tablespoons oil
salt to your liking.
Preparation:
In a saucepan put the oil and peas, cover and cook on very slow fire. When cooked, add the parsley and salt, leaving it to cook for about 5 minutes. The tomato purée is added before serving.
