Hello, and welcome back to another recipe post! This time for semi-healthy brownies, made with sweet potato!
Trust me on this, they are delicious and do not taste of sweet potato at all!

Ingredients:
1 medium sweetpotato, peeled and chopped (roughly 250 grams)
40 grams almonds
35 grams oats
3 tbsp sugar (or maple syrup)
5 tbsp cacao powder (Can use less because mine was very rich and a bit bitter)
