Hoy me toco entrenamiento en el estadio, mi lugar seguro para entrenar, me siento como en un gimnasio al aire libre, ya desde un tiempo atraz son mas los dias que entreno en el estadio que en el asfalto, primero porque me ha tocado entrenar sola, y e estadio esta muy cerca de casa, y estoy segura alli, siempre salir sola al asfalto da un poco de nervios, por lo que cuando no salgo con mi esposo entreno aqui. me siento muy feliz entrenando en el estadio, ya todos me conocen los porteros, es como llegar a mi casa, tambien he conocido mujeres que vienen temprano a entrenar, nos saludamos, hasta ya nos preocupamos cuando vemos que pasan varios dias y no han ido a entrenar. Ademas que el estadio tiene su gramita, florecitas, puedo contemplar el cielo no puedo pedir mas, por eso este espacio se ha convertido en mi lugar seguro para entrenar, y lo mejor de todo que puedo realizar una gran avriedad de entrenamientos aqui, que me preparan para el asfalto.

Today I have a training session at the stadium—my safe space for training. It feels like an outdoor gym. For a while now, I’ve been training at the stadium more often than on the streets, mainly because I’ve had to train alone, and the stadium is very close to home, and I feel safe there. Going out alone on the streets always makes me a little nervous, so when I don’t go out with my husband, I train here. I feel very happy training at the stadium; all the janitors know me now—it’s like coming home. I’ve also met women who come early to train; we say hello to each other, and we even worry when we see that several days have gone by and they haven’t come to train. Plus, the stadium has its little patch of grass and flowers, and I can gaze at the sky—I couldn’t ask for more. That’s why this space has become my safe haven for training, and best of all, I can do a wide variety of workouts here that prepare me for the streets.
