Hermoso y bendecido inicio de semana 🤎 tengan todos amigos de Hive, espero estén muy bien, es un gusto saludarles, para esta ocasión les quiero mostrar como preparé en casa, una deliciosa merienda, tenía ya un tiempo queriendo preparar está torta, hasta ya en 2 oportunidades compré las galletas y no las comimos, pero hoy con ayuda de mi niña si la hicimos y de verdad, quedó super delicioso, recomendado 😋

Torta con Galletas Oreo, ideal para la merienda 🎂🤎

Ingredientes

1/3 taza de mantequilla
2/3 taza de azúcar
2 huevos
1 taza de leche líquida
2 1/2 taza de harina de trigo leudante
1 paquete de galletas oreo 108 gr

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of liquid milk
2 1/2 cup self-rising wheat flour
1 package of Oreo cookies 108 gr

Paso a paso

Paso 1

Lo primero que vamos hacer es colocar el azúcar con la mantequilla en un recipiente, y batir con una paleta de madera, hasta que creme.

The first thing we are going to do is place the sugar with the butter in a container, and beat with a wooden paddle until creamy.

Paso 2

Cómo segundo paso vamos a agregar los huevos a la preparación y batir ligeramente.

As a second step we are going to add the eggs to the preparation and beat lightly.

Paso 3

Luego vamos a agregar la leche junto con la harina de trigo, batir en forma envolvente hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y sin grumos.

Then we are going to add the milk together with the wheat flour, beat in an enveloping manner until we obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.

Paso 4

En este paso vamos a tomar la mitad de las galletas, cortamos en 4 partes y agregamos a la mezcla, batimos ligeramente.

In this step we are going to take half of the cookies, cut them into 4 parts and add them to the mixture, beating lightly.

Paso 5

Luego vamos a verter la mezcla en un molde redondo, previamente engrasado y enharinado, colocamos por encima el resto de las galletas cortadas y llevar al horno previamente caliente por espacio de 40 minutos o hasta que este doradita, retirar del horno, dejar enfriar y lista, para servir y degustar.

Then we are going to pour the mixture into a round mold, previously greased and floured, place the rest of the cut cookies on top and place in the previously heated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown, remove from the oven, let it cool and it's ready. , to serve and taste.
