Grind the chicken fillet with onion and garlic in a meat grinder. Peel and grate the pumpkin, add to the minced chicken. Add semolina, eggs and salt there, mix the minced meat well, let it rest for 10 minutes (during this time, the semolina will swell a little). Heat the oil well in a skillet. Minced meat turns out to be watery, but you can still try to form cutlets with your hands or spread with a spoon. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Bon Appetit!
