Hi bloggers and food lovers, wish you had a great day. Yesterday, I went to enjoy my weekend off, so I decided to make something that’s easy to prepare and convenient to take along, using quail eggs and shrimp, with green beans as a side. Okay, let’s get right to it

Ingredients:

  • 25 quail eggs
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 150 grams red chili peppers
  • 7 shrimp
  • 250 grams of long beans
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 7 cloves of shallots
  • 7 cloves of garlic

Instructions:

  • Boil the quail eggs and chicken egg in a pot for 13 minutes

  • Let them cool, then drain

  • Peel the quail eggs and chicken egg

  • Blend the red chili peppers, shallots, and garlic in a blender

  • Heat oil in a skillet then add the chili mixture to the skillet

  • Add the shrimp to the skillet with the chili mixture

  • Add the peeled eggs to the skillet

  • Add the salt and sugar to the taste

  • Add the fried long beans to the skillet

  • Stir until well combined

  • Serve on a plate
