Hey guys, my friends. I made molten chocolate cake this time. If you have followed my for some times, you know i love eating and I had quit my job for working holiday. Therefore I have times for homemaking foods.
Molten chocolate cake
Preparations (serving of 6)
Dark Chocolate 100g
Unsalted Butter 100g
Egg 2
Sugar 50g
All purpose flour 50g
It is easy to made. You have to pre-heat the baker to 180 degree.
First of all, melt the dark chocolate with butter on hot water. (A)
On the other hand, mix the egg with sugar, until the mixture turn white color and become stand-able. (B)
Mix (A) and (B) together.
And put the flour into the AB mixture.
It is ready to bake!
The tips for this cake is: not to bake for too long time! For me, I baked for ~10 mins. You might test it with a toothpick whether the heart is melted or not.
