Delicious biscuits filled with condensed milk and chocolate. Oat flakes (oat-flakes) are added to the dough for the base. Half the flour can be replaced with whole grains.
1 cup of flour (150g)
1 glass of oatmeal (80 g)
3/4 cup brown sugar (160 g)
100 grams of butter at room temperature
1 can of condensed milk (400 g)
110 g walnuts
175 g chocolate, chopped
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lubricate a small baking tray or baking dish with butter or parchment.
In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar and soft butter. Knead with your hands or a wooden spoon until the mixture becomes crumbly. Set aside about half the mixture, distribute the rest on the bottom of the mold. Bake the base in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Get out of the oven and pour over the whole can of condensed milk, evenly distributed. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate on top. Top the rest of the oat mixture, smooth.
Bake for 25 minutes, until the golden top. Fully cool and then cut into small squares.
