Hello namaste
How are you, my foodie friends? I hope you all are well and healthy. Today, I have brought a new snack for you that is very crispy and delicious. Let's find out what we need to make it.Buckwheat Flour Pakoras:
Ingredients for Making:
- 200 grams of potatoes
- 200 grams of buckwheat flour
- One small spoon of black pepper
- One small spoon of coriander
- Three to four finely chopped green chilies
- Ghee or mustard oil for frying
- Rock salt as per taste
Method:
- First, take the buckwheat flour in a bowl to make the batter for the pakoras. Prepare a good batter and add black pepper, rock salt, chopped green chilies, and coriander. Let this batter rest for 10 minutes so that the batter flourishes well.
- Peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into thin slices.
- Now, heat ghee in a deep pan.
- Add the chopped potatoes to the buckwheat batter. Now, wrap the potatoes well in the batter. Keep this batter in the pan for 10 minutes to make sure the batter is well-soaked.
- Heat the ghee in a pan. Once the ghee is hot, fry 7-8 pakoras at a time or as many as can be easily flipped. Put the batter in the pan. Now, flip the pakoras until they turn brown. Keep a bowl on the plate, take out the pakora from the pan, and place it on the bowl. The pakoras won't stick to the bottom of the bowl. Prepare all the pakoras in the same way. Your buckwheat flour pakoras are ready.
- Serve the hot buckwheat flour pakoras with yogurt during fasting. You can also make a chutney with green coriander for buckwheat flour pakoras.
I hope you like my recipe, and you can enjoy making and eating it.
