Ingredients

2 thick bread slices

1 egg

100 ml of milk

Vanilla extract

Honey

Your favourite jam

Butter

Some fruit (to feel better)

Directions

Very easy. Beat the egg and add a bit of milk and vanilla extract.

Soak the bread and heat a pan. Put butter on it and toast the toasts

Its like a toast filled with omelette, a bit salty, a bit sweet. Its delicious!!
